Our olive fruit is hand picked with the help of family and friends, from our mixed variety olive grove of 250 trees and cold pressed within 48 hours for maximum flavour and nutrition.
The flavour is smooth with a peppery note. Our oil is superb used fresh on salads and the like but also just as equally delicious when sauteing food.
Our grove is managed using regenerative farming methods and therefore without the use of herbicides or pesticides, and with the addition of organic fertiliser and trace minerals.
We manage pasture underneath with our sheep. We strive to produce quality nutrient dense cold pressed extra virgin olive oil for you and your family, and build rich living soils through our farming practices.
